Terms and Conditions - Good Times Retailer Rewards Program
- PROGRAM PERIOD: The Good Times Retailer Rewards Program (the “Retailer Rewards Program”) begins at 12:00 AM (midnight) Pacific Time (“PT”) on [Start Date], and ends at 11:59 PM PT on [End Date].
- ELIGIBILITY: The Retailer Rewards Program is open exclusively to legal retail businesses currently operating within the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, who have registered with Good Times USA, have a valid tobacco license in their respective state, and are 21 years of age or older as of the date of registration. This program is not available to individuals or businesses without a valid tobacco license. Employees of Good Times USA LLC (“Sponsor” or “Good Times”) and its affiliates, parents, or subsidiaries, respective parent, subsidiary, and affiliate companies, and advertising and promotion agencies, as well as the immediate families (spouses, parents, children, and siblings and their spouses) living in the same household of each, are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited by law and subject to all federal, state, and local laws.
- HOW TO PARTICIPATE: During the Program Period, registered retailers who meet the eligibility requirements can accumulate points by purchasing Good Times products from authorized distributors, participating in promotional events, and engaging with Good Times marketing initiatives. Retailers must scan the QR code on designated Good Times displays or visit the retailer portal at [Retailer Site URL] to register and participate in the program. Points earned through these activities will be recorded and tracked in the retailer’s account on the site.
- HOW TO REDEEM POINTS: Retailers may redeem points for rewards listed in the “Good Times Retailer Rewards Catalogue” section of the site, while supplies last. To redeem points, retailers can select an available reward for which they have accumulated sufficient points, follow the instructions to complete the redemption process, and receive a confirmation email. Retailers should allow 4 – 6 weeks for delivery of merchandise. Points have no cash value and are only redeemable for rewards offered in the Retailer Rewards Program. Points must be redeemed by 11:59 PM PT on [End Date], unless otherwise modified by Sponsor. Any points remaining in a retailer’s account at the end of the Program Period will be forfeited without compensation.
4.1 Proof of Purchase: Retailers may be required to submit proof of purchase to validate transactions for point accrual or reward redemption. Proof of purchase must include the original invoice or sales receipt from an authorized distributor and the packaging of the purchased item, showing the date of purchase, purchase amount, and place of purchase. Digital copies of these documents will be accepted unless otherwise specified. Sponsor reserves the right to verify the authenticity of submitted documentation.
- GIFT CARDS AND COUPON CODES: Gift cards and coupon codes redeemed through the Retailer Rewards Program are unique and can only be used by the registered retailer to whom they were issued. Codes are valid for a single transaction and must be presented to the authorized distributor at the time of purchase. Distributors must verify the code's authenticity through the Good Times Retailer App or online portal before applying the discount. Distributors are required to submit the necessary paperwork to Good Times USA for reimbursement or credit issuance. Any attempt to reproduce or tamper with codes will result in immediate disqualification from the program.
- GENERAL RULES: Retailers may not transfer or combine points between accounts, nor transfer, sell, auction, or otherwise dispose of points or codes in violation of these Terms and Conditions. Any attempt to combine or transfer points will result in disqualification and forfeiture of all points. Sponsor reserves the right to modify the program, including point accrual methods, eligible products, and available rewards, at any time, with or without notice. By participating in the Retailer Rewards Program, retailers agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
- DISPUTES: To the fullest extent permitted by law, any disputes arising out of or connected with the Retailer Rewards Program shall be resolved individually and exclusively by the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida or an appropriate Florida Court. All issues shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to any choice of law or conflict of law rules.
- PRIVACY: Any personal information provided in connection with the Retailer Rewards Program will be used by Sponsor to administer the program, contact participants, and for other purposes as set forth in Sponsor’s privacy policy located at [Privacy Policy URL].
- SPONSOR: The Sponsor of the Retailer Rewards Program is Good Times USA LLC, located at 8408 Temple Terrace Hwy, Tampa, FL 33613.
